Thyroid Nutritionist for Hypothyroidism & Hashimoto’s
Evidence-based nutrition support for women with hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hyperthyroidism, and Graves’ disease, including complex or stress-related thyroid dysfunction.
I help women understand what their thyroid markers actually mean, why symptoms persist despite “normal” ranges, and how to restore metabolic and hormonal balance through personalised nutrition, lifestyle strategy, and root-cause analysis. My work focuses on thyroid dysfunction across the spectrum, from underactive and autoimmune patterns to stress-driven and hormonally influenced presentations.

Thyroid health is more than a single blood test
Most women who come to me have already been told that their thyroid results are “within range”.Yet they are still living with persistent fatigue, weight gain, cold sensitivity, anxiety, brain fog, disrupted sleep, or cycle irregularities.
This happens because thyroid function is not defined by TSH alone and not isolated from the rest of the body.
In my work, I look at the thyroid as part of a wider regulatory system involving the brain, stress response, gut health, nutrient status, liver function, and immune balance. Markers such as free T3, free T4, thyroid antibodies, iron, vitamin D, selenium, glucose regulation, and cortisol patterns all influence how thyroid hormones are produced, converted, and used at a cellular level.
That is why a “normal” result on paper does not always translate into normal energy, metabolism, or wellbeing.
My role is to identify where the system is under strain and support the thyroid in a way that is sustainable, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual.
My Clinical Approach in Practice
I do not work with generic meal plans or symptom-based fixes. Each case is approached as an individual system, with the thyroid assessed in the context of how the body is currently coping with stress, nutrients, hormones, and metabolic demand.
Interpreting thyroid markers in context
I review thyroid results beyond TSH, including free T3, free T4 and antibodies, and interpret them alongside iron status, vitamin D, glucose regulation and inflammatory markers. This helps clarify whether symptoms are driven by true thyroid underfunction, impaired hormone conversion, autoimmune activity, or chronic physiological stress.
Identifying what blocks thyroid hormone effectiveness
Even when hormone levels appear adequate, factors such as low protein intake, micronutrient deficiencies, gut dysfunction, liver overload, disrupted sleep, or prolonged stress can prevent thyroid hormones from working properly at a cellular level. These blocks are often missed in standard care.
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategy
Interventions are tailored to the individual, not the diagnosis alone. Nutrition is adjusted to support metabolic stability, hormone conversion and immune balance, while lifestyle recommendations focus on sleep quality, stress regulation and sustainable daily routines rather than restriction or overtraining.
Progressive, measurable support
Changes are introduced gradually and monitored through symptom response and, when appropriate, follow-up testing. The goal is not short-term improvement, but restoring resilience so the thyroid does not need to be constantly “pushed” to function.

Frequently Asked Questions About Thyroid Nutrition Support
Clear answers to common questions about working together, consultations, and thyroid-focused nutrition support.
What conditions do you work with?+
I specialise in thyroid health and women’s hormonal balance, with a focus on hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hyperthyroidism, and Graves’ disease. I also support women experiencing fatigue, weight changes, digestive issues, cycle irregularities, fertility preparation, and stress-related hormonal imbalances. All support is tailored to the individual rather than the diagnosis alone.
How does a thyroid nutrition consultation work?+
You can begin with a free discovery call to clarify your goals and understand whether my approach is a good fit. If we proceed, the consultation focuses on your symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, and relevant lab results if available. You receive personalised, practical recommendations designed to support thyroid function and overall metabolic balance.
Do I need blood tests before starting?+
No. If you already have recent thyroid or hormone tests, we can use them. If not, we will discuss whether testing would be helpful and which markers are most relevant for your situation. There is no obligation to test before starting.
Can I work with you if I’m taking thyroid medication?+
Yes. Nutrition and lifestyle support can safely complement medical treatment. I do not replace or interfere with your doctor’s care, and all recommendations are designed to work alongside prescribed medication.
How is your approach different from a standard diet plan?+
I do not use generic meal plans or calorie-based approaches. My work looks at how nutrition, stress, sleep, digestion, and micronutrient status influence thyroid hormone production and utilisation. The focus is on long-term regulation and resilience, not short-term restriction.
How long does it take to see results?+
This varies depending on your starting point and consistency. Many clients notice improvements in energy, digestion, and clarity within the first few weeks. More complex thyroid or hormonal patterns typically improve gradually over several months.
Where are consultations held and who do you work with?+
All consultations are held online. I work with clients across Europe and the UK, and sessions are available in English, Russian, or Ukrainian.
Still unsure which option is right for you?
If your situation feels complex or you’re not sure where to begin, a short discovery call can help clarify the most appropriate next step.
